Roots of Life review with 8 of 10 in AU Magazine

Roots of Life got another great review with 8 of 10 in Irish AU Magazine.

“….this is an irrestistible, potent mix of house and brass-heavy afro-funk….Opener ‘Kounandi’ perfectly sets the tone: all insidious bass, swinging horns and flute, and a blinding vocal from Mama Draba. ‘Saramba’s Song’, riding in on a powerful horn and funk guitar riff, features another outstanding singer in Saramba Koyoté. The lolloping ‘Koko’ and the infectious, hook-heavy ‘Ma Do Nar’ are just two more highlights among many. Life is sweet.”.
